I went here with a co-worker around 8 PM. The 'vibe' was great but we had to shout to hear each other. Food was a little expensive but a step up from your run of the mill restaurant so prices were in line.

This place is incredible! Great food! The wait on a Friday night took about 30 minutes without reservations and is WELL WORTH the wait!

This restaurant looks like a really cool place to hang out, well branded as a chill place to grab some beers and hang out with friends over a yummy-sounding menu. The service was good, our waitress was very accommodating, the food just didn't fit the bill. My husband ordered a burger (well-done with cheddar cheese).. He got a burger smothered in bleu cheese instead... things happen, no big deal. UNTIL it was sent back, scraped off, topped with cheddar cheese, and brought back to our table. Too bad the burger was now falling apart AND had remnants of bleu cheese on it still. Just recook the burger, its not like you don't make a huge markup already on this small amount of ground beef. Sent it back a second time, after he had to watch the rest of our party eat their entire meal, to get a mediocre burger. I ordered the daily special, beef tri-tips, mashed potatoes and "seasonal vegetables".. the beef was WAY overcooked and dry, potatoes were decent, and a pathetic-looking pile of the most unappetizing-looking vegetables I've ever seen. Oh, and the beer was okay, for a "brewery" we expected more. Overall not impressed with the place. No idea why its so popular.

The Man and I ALWAYS look for local breweries while on vacation, and NXNW popped up in more than one recommendation. We went on a Sunday (though the brunch menu didn't appeal to either of us) so we opted for the roasted garlic/goat cheese crostini and the calamari appetizers to go with our beers. The calamari was overcooked and rubbery, but the roasted garlic toast MORE than made up for in...in fact, we should have ordered TWO. Since we were pretty much stuffed from the starters, we split the day's specialty, meatloaf with mashed potatoes and lemony green beans. So glad we split it!

This place is a lot of fun, but pretty fancy for a brewery...if you're looking for something a little more low-key, I'd go elsewhere. But the food and service was excellent, as were the craft beers.

Now that I have your attention, yes they have tomato basil soup with blu cheese! I am not a fan of blu cheese but love tomato basil. The mixture of the two was sweet with a blu cheese tang. Try it and you may be one a fan too!
