The Sapporo dish has delicious and tender pork slices. Typically you add a topping to the bowl and select a broth 'strength'. The Ajitama (marinated egg) is a tasty topping or the Veggies (sprouts and cabbage) is good. The bowl is full enough that you don't really need a topping. The corn with a pat of butter on it was surprisingly tasty in the dish. The regular broth Miso is very tasty! The Michi dish with pork broth (regular) was excellent. Staff was helpful. There was a good selection of local beer on tap and a good selection/variety of imported Japanese beer.
