The Sapporo dish has delicious and tender pork slices. Typically you add a topping to the bowl and select a broth 'strength'. The Ajitama (marinated egg) is a tasty topping or the Veggies (sprouts and cabbage) is good. The bowl is full enough that you don't really need a topping. The corn with a pat of butter on it was surprisingly tasty in the dish. The regular broth Miso is very tasty! The Michi dish with pork broth (regular) was excellent. Staff was helpful. There was a good selection of local beer on tap and a good selection/variety of imported Japanese beer.

Both the noodles and the soup are really good. Ajitama (soft boiled egg) makes ramen taste even better. They have veggie option which I think is nice, too. The price is fair. I definitely will come back again.

This restaurant had good reviews but was a big disappointment to us.. My Sapporo bowl was tasteless with canned corn and undercooked noodles. Both my table mates were also disappointed with their selections, altho their broth had a little more taste. But they ate it all. Sometimes they will eat anything?!
The environment was generally unpleasant. Two TV's were playing on different stations with raucous added to the cacophany coming from the TV's. More noise does not equal more fun.
