My husband and I shared Migas and Margaritas for breakfast and were quite pleased with the service, the food, and the drinks. I would not hesitate to return.

We go to Guero's for breakfast/brunch every time we're in Austin. We get the same thing every time - Enchiladas Verde with the Chicken al Carbon filling which is seasoned white meat chicken. It's about the best enchiladas verde I've ever had. They do a great tomatillo sauce. I don't know what they do to the al carbon chicken. But, man is it tasty! The rice is great too. They offer fresh squeezed juices also. And, you can order anything on the menu anytime they are open.

Came here on Cinqo de Mayo for margaritas & mexican food. Surprised there was no wait as its in a fun & funky neighborhood. Delicious chorizo quesadilla! Chips & queso dip were good as well. Service was fast & friendly :) drinks were on the smaller size, but both the bloody mary & margarita were delicious & reasonably priced. On my list of places to see as it was featured in Quentin Tarantinos "Death Proof" & the overall experience did not dissapoint!

Went on a Friday night. We had about a 45 minute wait but it was worth it. They had a band and dance floor outside, bar, chips and salsas while waiting. Crowded with all ages and families. Music seemed to appeal to all ages. parking is free in the parking garage behind them when you eat here. Food was TexMex with ample servings and prices.

Ten people is a large group but we waited well over an hour for a table without any indication the wait would be so long..The place was understaffed and so noisy the waitress had difficulty hearing our requests. This would have been acceptable if the food had been great. However it was average. Chicken tacos contained nothing but dry spiced cooked chicken. The beef tamales were mediocre. On the positive side vegetarians could be happy here. The spinach mushroom salad was very good. We were well supplied with chips and salsa while we stood waiting. Perhaps it was just a bad day.
