Aquarelle had extremely good food across the appetizers and entrees. I understand that their menu changes over time. The food quality was very high and presented quite beautifully. The service was knowledgeable and attentive.
The major negative is that this restaurant is extremely expensive even for the food quality. IMHO if a restaurant has entrees @$30++ then everything better be great. The wine list was well-chosen with reasonable variety. Most wines were priced at 2X retail prices.
