We really didn’t know what to expect when we left Austin and started our drive through the Hill Country on our way to Jester King. Drive took about 40 minutes, but we enjoyed the rolling hills.
The day we visited it was cold and rainy, but the heat lamps kept us toasty warm. I imagine on a beautiful day, this place would be spectacular. Loved the fact that they have good food on site - and - on this day, hot tea. As the designated driver, I felt they appreciated me too with a selection of non-alcoholic drinks available.
Lastly, the BEER....my hubby loved the selection he tried. His favorites...Vague Recollection and Black Metal Farmhouse Imperial Stout.
