This small venue is an excellent venue. Sound quality is very good and all seats have good views of the stage. It's comfortable, people are friendly and it's in a beautiful location, although a good distance outside Austin. I have two complaints and a warning: 1) the price. I find this an extraordinarily expensive ticket, BUT they also have a top notch lineup, so perhaps it is worth it to most people. It's too expensive for us to justify most of the time; 2) the Disabled access is very poor. Only one or two spots at the top of the hill and the rest in the gully below. It's not an easy venue to move about if you are able-bodied, but is particularly hard if you have difficulty walking or are in a wheelchair. And now the warning: get there before dark as it is extremely difficult to spot the drive in the dark. I've shot by it more than once and had to turn around ( also not easy on that road) and come back.
