This Hotel has never disappointed me. From the first step, the checking in process to the checking out process they are very good. Making Reservation has always been easy. I have found the Hotel to always be clean from the lobby to the room. I like the easy to access right off of 183. (Research) The staff is very helpful and professional. The rooms are a nice size and have always found them to be clean and fresh. the restaurant is great and I enjoy having a bar on the property.

Well this was a first. We made a reservation on Hotwire the night before (I make no apologies for finding a bargain when possible) and were given Hotel A (included free internet, parking and breakfast). When we arrived about 5 p.m at Hotel A, I was told that the hotel was oversold, and they did not have a room for us...... however, they had found us a room at a sister Hilton Garden Inn. It was 2 miles away, and they welcomed us. King, non-smoking room on a high floor, just like I prefer. When I inquired about breakfast times, I was told that breakfast was $10.95. I let that slide while checking in, but came back down a few minutes later and asked the same manager if she would match the deal at Hotel A that included breakfast? Without batting an eye, she gave me two vouchers for breakfast. Wonderful business ethics!!

The rooms are always clean, spacious, pleasing to the eye plus extras such as a Keurig - stocked with plenty of coffee and tea options, refrigerator, and sleep number bed. The lobby always offer refreshing lemon or cucumber water and at times cookies, etc. It is not near downtown, but I find it still does not take long to get to any place in Austin. There is a Kerbey Lane location nearby.

Breakfast unsafe temps , I could hear every sound from my neighbors room. Nice lobby. Was there several days, bed was so hard I had trouble sleeping. Air conditioner soooo loud that I jumped the first couple of times it turned on. Nice staff

Hilton Garden Inn is my go to of all hotels if I can. The NW Arboretum in Austin did not disappoint. The design is relaxing but if a space is needed for a quiet side bar business chat it also fits the bill. The rooms are A+ and I have found the service great.
