Showed up at 1am without a reservation got a great room and when I asked for an additional day I got a discount on the weekend rate. Great breakfast. Close to north Travis and Williamson counties' sites.

We need a place for the three of us. We wanted easy access to the city and it had to be reputable. The staff was amazing from the first phone call until the checkout. The Manager obviously set the tone here because he was so friendly and Proffessional.

Super clean and room are awesome. The area behind is a bit ruff but was not an issue.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient. Parking was ample and well lit. Breakfast was basic .. But a good variety and plentiful. WiFi worked well. We drove through the neighborhood behind the hotel. It is a typical lower working class neighborhood. We would stay there again .. And most likely will.

Warning -- Austin is a very transient college town. Don't leave valuables in a car overnight at ANY Austin hotel unless those items are locked up in the trunk. Things will disappear.

The location is a bit difficult to get to so navigate with your GPS carefully. Parking is easy and plentiful.

When I first checked in, the toilet was not working properly so I called the front desk and asked for another room. The toilet again did not flush and I thought this is odd that it has happened again. Later after a period of trial and error, I found out this is a low flow toilet and that you had to keep pressing down on the lever for it to flush properly. The front desk clerk was not aware of this and she should at least be informed and tell guests about the nature of the commodes. I understand that they may be trying to go 'green' and conserve water but at least tell people how to use the toilets.

The room was spartan but clean and the beds are ok. The free wifi works fine. The walls are a bit thin and I was able to hear people in the hallway. Noise was not a problem though. Breakfast was decent. Overall an average stay. Nothing to write home about but nothing wrong either.

Very neat & clean hotel and rooms. The breakfast was a bit weak. Eggs from a carton, pasties look old & not much of a selection. Having stayed at many Country Inn & Suites I see with a little planning & forethought you can have a great breakfast including fresh fruit / yogurt etc. Not everyone wants waffles :)

Hard to find off I35 as property signage needs improvement but great hotel once found..
Very clean, friendly nice staff, wonderful breakfast, king bed room was more like a suite with pullout couch. Coffee/Tea AND fresh cookies at front desk for sweet tooth is an added plus. Will definitely stay here again. No negatives here.

Room Tip: Put A/C on to freshen air & it was quiet & proper room temperature achieved.

The hotel is very nice and clean, great front desk service. So convenient right off I-35. Will definately stay at this and any other Country Inn & Suites again. We just reserved a king room, but got a suite for the same great price!!
