First the pros: beautiful space, attentive staff, inventive presentation, some delicious plates (brussels sprouts, koviche diver scallops and hama chili yellowtail). Cons: expensive, some very average plates (crunchy tuna roll, sake toro salmon sashimi), and a pork belly plate (bacon tataki) which was badly prepared - the large size of the meat pieces made them difficult to eat. Would not be in a rush back here.
