“Extraordinarily educational”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 9, 2013

As a native Texan, I thought I knew a lot about LBJ. I was wrong. His presidential library contains an amazing amount of information about this controversial president and the bold initiatives that were the hallmark of his years in office. I came away much better informed and with a renewed appreciation for LBJ.

“Worth the time”

They recommend an $8 donation, and it appears they may start charging an entrance fee soon. It's worth that. The videos are good, and they had a photographic exhibit of FDR through Obama which was nice. I spent about an hour here.

“Tons of interesting history”

How can you beat free! Tons of documents. We loved listening to his phone conversations with lots of famous people...the films were good. I really like the dog tag section and the sections on ladybird.

“A fine tribute to a fascinating president”

well laid out, great audio/video exhibits, and a peek back at history. Love the presidential libraries - have seen three - each one has its own personality.
