A beautiful escape from Austin's bustling city landscape. Just moments from downtown. Be sure to check out Lotus!

Not the most amazing sculptures you've ever seen, but they have the best names. Goat. Woman. Bench. Bench II. Sculpture.

I liked the way the pieces were displayed, I just did not think most of the pieces were all that special. Just a matter of taste I suppose. There were several "mother and child" works that I'd like to see in my yard, and these alone might be worth a very reasonable admission price, but if I had a limited amount of time to wander, I'd travel a short way down the road to the Zilker Gardens.

This gem of a sculpture garden, located by Zilker Park, is well worth the visit for both Austin residents and out of town visitors. Serene and peaceful setting with beautiful sculptures; a lovely way to spend an hour or two on a beautiful day.
