Went to Perla's for the first time on July 3 with my husband. Loved our waiter, our table was ready per the Open Table reservation. Awesome Octopus, oysters, and fresh fish beautifully prepared. It was bustling but we were not rushed. Very interesting wine list with top drawer names, and not too pricey wine pricing. Agree with another reviewer that it's more like $$$ not $$ especially if you have oysters which are delicious but pricey. (Raw Oysters anywhere in the Texas summer will be pricey)
