This is the best hotel I've stayed in in this price range - ever. The rooms are immaculate, the service friendly, and the amenities enjoyable.

This hotel was very nice and clean. We stayed there on business and it was in a great location to walk to area eateries and shops. The staff was very nice and gracious and the customer service was great. We had our meetings in their conference area and they made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

AT&T is not known for customer service, efficiency, or value. But this hotel is far better than its namesame. We stayed here for SXSW, the annual tech, music, and film festival. It was the last hotel with availability, and apparently we got the very last room because they had to upgrade us to a suite. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge balcony overlooking the UT campus. The shower and tub were pristine, and the service was fantastic. I just wish I had had more time to spend inside!

One of the smoothest check-ins and check-outs ever. No one can beat Texan hospitality and this hotel certainly proved that. Right from the gym amenities to the pool to the breakfast and dinner / bar facilities, everything was mostly great.
Breakfast though (for us) had these bacon, egg and cheese wraps or with another bean wrap, which should be stopped. We were lucky that we had a lot of choices though to choose from.

We loved this hotel! We stayed in Austin for the weekend to visit UT as a potential college for my daughter. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff was helpful with directions, printing boarding passes, and other info. Spacious, modern bathrooms with thick, large towels. We didn't rent a car and utilized Austin Metro bus service to go downtown and to South Congress area - there were several stops near the hotel. Was able to walk to a bus stop to catch a city bus to the airport for $1 a person (taxi cost us $31 from the airport to the hotel!). Overall great location and hotel. It is within walking distance to UT campus and "The Drag". We didn't eat any meals at the hotel, however, so I can't comment on that aspect of this hotel. Requested a microwave and one was delivered to our room at no charge for the entire length of our stay. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Austin.

We spent new years eve at this hotel 2010-2011. At first we were skeptical since we never heard of this hotel, as we needed a central location to hit the night life in Austin TX NYE. We called the hotel to find out details on reservations and the best staff Ms. Charmagne took care of us over the phone. The hotel has better amenities in comparison to big names hotels I traveled on the past, and you pay half the price. The location is in the middle of Austin University so you get the monumental view of the area. Pool might be small, but it's self heated, and noone seem to know it's there... I know I'll be going back to this hotel during my next visit to Austin!!!

For our purposes to be on campus, this was great. Right on campus and a nice decor with a beautiful courtyard. Nice restaurants and it being a conference center has everything for the business traveler.
