It almost stings when you go in, but once you get used to it it's really fun!!!!!!! I love going with my family!

“Barton Springs”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

Really refreshing, nice and quiet (when we were there, during the week) place to take a swim and just enjoy sunbathing for only 3 dollars.

“Beautiful place to relax outdoors!”
Reviewed September 17, 2012

If you want to swim in "the pool" there is a small fee, but there is so much more to do at this lovely park.
Walking trails along the spring, family picnic areas and playground. Even a train ride for the young at heart.

“Nice place to cool down”
Reviewed September 16, 2012

Water is very cold (60°F) with a 100°F outside, but it's a beautiful place to spend an afternoon in Austin.

“Split Emotions”
Reviewed September 15, 2012

It is a nice place on a hot summer day. Natural spring fed long pool where you can take a big swim or sit under the shadow of the trees. However considering the thousands of cars flooding the parking lots on a weekend, we feel sorry with the environment.
