Recently remodeled rooms and lobby. Exterior was still being painted, windows resealed and supplies and other equipment in the lobby on delivery pallets. Perfect stay with a so-so breakfast experience with slowly replenished items - both hot and cold.

Positive: 1. a light was on when we went in, which was welcoming. 2. beds were ok, and bedding was fresh. 3. breakfasts were very good. 4. Elevators smelled really nice every time we used them.
Not so good: 1. there was a long brown hair in bathroom sink, one on the rim of bathtub, and worst of all, one inside the refrigerator---gross! 2. Ice bucket was dirty and still had previous guest's tied up bag of water in it. No one answered at "0" so I took it to front desk where he pointed me towards the ice machine. I showed him the insides and he took it from me and disappeared. He returned it empty, but still dirty, and handed me 2 plastic liner bags. 3. A/C wasn't dehumidifying properly. It was so humid in the room that the towels and especially the carpet felt damp. 4. Painter guys in a cherry picker were up and down in front of our 4th floor window for two days until about 6pm. When they were moving, it was making a beeping sound. The worst part was when trying to rest and 2 guys were right outside our window! (Yes, we lowered the shade.) 5. There was one bottle of shampoo and two bottles of body lotion, but no conditioner. Also no cups for bathroom use. Had to take some plastic ones from lobby.
