Your feed back is very valuable to us and we thank you for taking time to share your experience. We apologize for the pillow and know how important they are to a good night and you can be assured, it is being addressed. How our guests are treated is the most important item of all and I would like to speak with you personally concerning the breakfast staff. Would you be willing to call me and let me know the details? I look forward to hearing from you.

Rebecca at the front desk is awesome. Our room was very nice, and the breakfast area was a great place to spend time with family. Price is reasonable for Austin (expensive city to visit). The location is relatively convenient to downtown if you have a car. Definitely too far from restaurants and other attractions to do without one.

Room Tip: The King Study rooms have a fold-out couch that's great for kids.

Thank you for taking time to let us know you enjoyed your stay with us. We are so glad you had a good time while in Austin and we are hoping you will keep us at the top of your list for the next time you come to visit. Your kind words were shared with the staff and your special acknowledgement of Rebecca was shared as well. Thank you again.

My fiance and I had a very comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn; this is our second say. We are both wheelchair users and found our room to very accessible. The bed was lowered, the room was spacious for two wheelchairs and the bathroom was very large with a roll-in shower and an option of two showers benches. The only draw back is the toilet. It's a bit low, but manageable if you have someone to assist you. Other than that, it's a cozy place to stay and we'll be staying again in the future. We totally recommend for disabled travelers.

NIce hotel- but for the bottom of the line for Hilton- I paid $139 a night! The people at the desk were nice! Room was clean- we were right by the ice machine! Good location- they should charge $99.00 up to $120! There is a referigator in the room.

Was unsatisfied with the stay. Vending machines were empty on most floors, as far as water, and we had issues with some staff and internet connection. Our issues were not handled and seemed to be dismissed. We were on a business trip so the internet issue was very critical to us. Not sure if the staff if always like we expereinced, but our contacts with them were not very pleasant.

Attached is a picture of my car after spending the night at this hotel. Note the broken out window lying on the ground. Also a picture of black jeep, a different car in your same lot, also obviously broken into. SEVERAL were. There is a difference between “we are not responsible” and actually being irresponsible: They have no fence for the lot, no security cameras, it is poorly lit, there are no security patrols – in short the practically invite thieves to do this to their guests.

The hotel is located next to abandoned railroad tracks and freeway underpass where several homeless people live. Of course I could see that the next day when it was fully light.

I stay at Hiltons all the time, all over the world, and this is the first time I have been robbed. But I also know the Hamptons in bad neighborhoods have fences and lights and cameras, and restrict entrance and exit, as this one obviously should.

The front desk guy did not even apologize, he said “you can file a police report if you want to”.

Not my favorite Hotel.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else.

I didn't expect the Hampton Inn to be a 5 star hotel but it is, the staff were very helpful, the rooms outstanding, breakfast was very good and had a variety of items to choose from. I will definately stay at another Hampton Inn at anytime.
