We do truly apologize for experience not being an enjoyable one at that. I do want to thank you for taking the time to leave this review as to we will continue to work on the above items.
I do want kindly remind you of our properties remodel occurring November/December 2019, Our rooms will be modernized with technology charging ports scattered throughout the suites!
As to the shuttle issue, I understand how frustrating it could be to have to wait on the shuttle and for that I do apologize, however when this mishap does occur we do offer to call and pay for a local taxi, they are always only a few moments away- and Never cost you, as a valued guest, anything!
As a new Guest Services Manager I am working on freshening the breakfast and revamping further than it currently is!
To summate this review I would like to deeply apologize Mr. Tubaishat, I do hope you are feeling better as well, we hope to see the next time in Austin and allow us to exceed your expectations!
