There were a lot of bugs in my room, but it I texas in the middle if the summer. That would not prevent me from returning. The staff and value was amazing!More

Obvious facility needs upgrade. Annoying red message light on phone wouldn’t go off as they are awaiting upgrade. Some of fixtures didn’t work (easily repaired upon request) but hotel does need a facelift. Still they do treat as busy as they are. Tim overnight and Hannah during day were top notch.

I have 8 brothers and sisters! We had a family reunion and my sons birthday party here and this Hotel was a PERFECT hosting place! The staff were excellent! The pool was awesome along with the large lobby for those just wanting to visit and not swim. The events at the hotel in the evening were such a wonderful treat! The breakfast was gourmet and our rooms were spotless and spacious. Not one complaint from my family and that is saying something. We brought our service animal family member and she was treated like a queen with here own outdoor area! Super convenient dog area with shade.
Good location close to amenities, clean and home like experience. Well equipped kitchen with ample room space. Good internet connectivity, hot breakfast with good options. Fitness room has less space and could be improved and so is pool but overall good expereince
We had a perfect stay as a family here. Walked in to the friendliest staff I’ve had in a long time. Hannah engaged my 5year old daughter as Alec(Alex?) handled my check in. They went above and beyond as a staff to meet our every need. Breakfast was great, the room was lovely. We will definitely stay here any time we are in Austin
This was our first stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious enough for a us and our son’s family with 4 young children. The breakfast had a great selection and the evening meal was nice. The rooms were clean. We look forward to returning one day.
