Very Nice hotel to stay when you are in Business or Family trip. You have the Domain just opposite to the hotel and Sam's boat club which are very near close by. Hence i would recommend this hotel. Worth for money.

Saw cockroach in bathroom area, deceptive advertisement about HBO, no HBO in room even though there is HBO guide, masking Showtime as HBO channels. Tripadvisor would not allow me to submit/post lower than 3 star rating.

Firstly, I would like to thank you very much for providing us with your feedback. We are always striving for improvement in all departments. I sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations or our expectations either. We never want a guest to leave our property unhappily.
We have updated all of our TV guides to where they do not show HBO anymore. This amenity is unfortunately not something we will offer moving forward at our hotel.
We appreciate you bringing the pest issue in your room to our attention, as we can now send a company out to treat it properly!
Again, we sincerely apologize that we fell short during your stay, and we take your criticism very seriously. We hope you will give us another chance on your next Austin trip, as I can ensure you it will be better than your last.

Minus points:

* The free breakfast is bad. There's free dinner too, but it's also bad. I ended up buying oatmeal and milk and cooking that for breakfast, much better than the oatmeal muck they had. My business colleague went out for breakfast.

I saw a Sysco truck once parked outside, and I think they they serve defrosted and reheated food from Sysco.

* You get a kitchen in your room. I got back to the hotel after work, and found that the dishes had been dumped into the lower rack and run without soap. They were still dirty. I had to go to the front desk, get dishwashing soap, load the dishwasher properly, and then run it again. (The dishes came out clean).

* There's a sink separate from the bathroom which is convenient. No towel holder though. No garbage can near there either.

Plus points:

* The room is big.
* Lots of windows. Nice view.
* Separate sink from toilet/shower, which is convenient.
* The front desk staff is friendly and courteous.

But at $200 a night, I think you can do better.

Loved this hotel. Can walk to restaurants. Great access to Mopac and The Domain. Delicious breakfast with fresh berries, true to the brand. Great to have a 2 br 2 ba siote. Pool looked great; a bit chilly to use it.

Fan in bathroom is either non existent or broken. Clock is missing from room and the only USB outlet is in the kitchen making us miss our alarm. The info book in the room was missing the information pages. No channel directory. Beds uncomfortable. Loud sounds, like a bad AC, outside room kept us awake. Hot food was cold and ran out without being replaced for over 30 minutes. No pastry options, just bread, ran out of diced fresh fruit and didn't refill. Coffee had a lot of grinds. Tables dirty.
