I had the Cuban sandwich and got sick afterwards. They present it nicely and tasted good, but if you get sick from the food....forget this place

There were a large group (14) of us and we were able to sit on the patio under the very large live oak tree. Really was a great location for dinner. The wine list and menu is extensive and the wait staff very knowledgeable. We went with their suggestions for both a Chardonnay and a Pinot Noir and they were both exceptional. We shared several appetizers and the Wine Lover's Pizza is amazing. This is a great place for a casual dinner.

The Grove has become a regular stop off for Happy Hour. Love their cheese plate with dried fruit and the constantly evolving wine list. A great place to relax and enjoy a very good glass of wine.

We enjoyed The Grove when we lived in Austin and love coming back. We usually sit at a table in the bar for the people watching at lunch. The bartender who served us was great - very knowledgable about the wines and very welcoming. On two visits we had bottles of two different rose's (they change their wine list often) and both were very good ($32 and $35). One of our favorite dishes is the bruschetta where you get to choose three of a list of several toppings ($9.50). We also really enjoyed the sausage pizza ($12.50 for medium size), the fried oyster starter ($11), and our favorite starter - the beef tenderloin sliders served with horseradish cream and jus ($10). If we lived in Austin we'd be regulars!

Loved the pizza here and the bruschetta. We were looking for a place to be outdoors and enjoy the weather with a great atmosphere. We found it! Love the lighting in the trees and the vibe of the people. We ordered the appetizer based on the waiter's recommendation and it was great, Brushetta with various toppings. Then we all shared two pizzas which were cooked perfectly and devoured quickly. Will be back!!
