We visited this hotel while we were attending an out of state funeral. We were a little disappointed when we arrived early and found out that even though the rooms were clean we would have to pay a 35 dollar early check in fee. We just needed a few minutes to change and freshen up before the funeral. We did not pay the extra fee but just changed in our car. :( other than this policy the staff were great. We really only stayed there for 11 hours and didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. Around 2am there was no more sleeping. The halls were very noisy.

Rooms not sound proof at all and right next to a street racing hub apparently. Also they wanted to charge $35 to let us in the room a bit early (we needed to change before a funeral). Every other hotel I've been to has no problem letting you check in an hour or two early if the room has already been prepped.
Needless to say we didn't pay that and also won't be coming back.

This hotel is situated across the street from AT&T Stadium (Cowboy Stadium). It appears to have been a motel that changed hands multiple times before reaching next to the bottom in outward appearance. The room rate should have been a warning to us, but we missed that signal.
The staff was friendly and tried hard to overcome the negative appearance of the facility. There was no HVAC control in the room; however, the staff provided a complimentary space heater to try to get the room temperature above 62 degrees.
The first room we were assigned was not clean or ready for occupancy. The second room was fine. The bathroom exhaust fan screamed constantly. A work order was submitted and cleared . The problem was not resolved. The shower had great hot water and good pressure, but the screaming exhaust fan was an issue.
Parking facilities were more than adequate. The Damage Deposit process was unique to our 48 years of traveling around the USA and staying in all types of hotels/motels. The staff explained that being next to the stadium and the type of guests they normally host caused the policy to be implemented. We were not charged for any damages after the staff physically checked the room and approved of the condition.
While we had a good night's sleep, and the room was quiet., we cannot recommend this hotel to our friends.

Actually our hotel has been under one management the longest in Arlington. Our recent renovations were focused in the interior of the hotel to provide comfort to the guest (new beds, bedframes, carpet, carpet pad, drapes, bed skirts, bed throws, furniture in our queen rooms and suite, new HVAC system, modernization of elevator, etc..), lighting and decoration packages in our queen rooms and suite) We do have plans to also upgrade the exterior. If you pay by cash or debit card, we will ask you for a deposit. However, if you pay by regular credit card, the deposit is not required. We hope to see this guest in the future as we are constantly improving our products and services.
