Went to see the Yankees play the Rangers on Mother's Day 2011 and the Yankees won 12-4, it was a great day, hot and beautiful especially since my team won!!

The Stadium is not just used for baseball any more. Check the website for Boat Shows Festivals and other events. Oh, and if you like baseball, this is the place to be when you are in town.

not showing much age - the Ranger's org. keeps it nice and updated. Outfield seats ($15) are fine if you need a cheap seat - easy to get to food and the view isn't bad. Pay for a Terrace seat ($55) and you have a better view and a chance at a foul ball, but you will be very crowded - no leg room or elbow room in any of the non-box seats. parts of the Terrace seats have food service (not just hot dogs and beer). Park at the Sheraton and walk ten minutes to the stadium to save a little cash.

The Ballpark is great fun for adults and kiddos alike, even if you don't particularly like baseball. You can get some upper deck seats on the cheap and then walk around the ballpark and take in all there is to do. The only downside is that is can get really hot in Texas in the summer.

The tour of the ballpark is a nice way to spend an hour or more. They don't visit the dugout or locker rooms and you don't get down on the field so it leaves something to be desired - but interesting none-the-less.
