When you have a "craving" for something savory to tantalize your taste buds, this is the place! Hunting for fresh seafood and smiling staff? This should be on your "to do" list. The menu is more upscale than the home of the "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" and the selection of entrees is enough to make your head spin! Whether you are in the mood to start your experience with a crisp wedge salad, crispy fried alligator, oysters baton rouge or jumbo lump crab cakes...you will NOT be disappointed! I ordered the Pasta Mardi Gras and substituted the marinara sauce for white sauce and was very pleased. With Cajuan specialities, gumbos, fresh and fried selections there is something to please the most "finicky" eater! Get there between 11:00-3:00 to take advantage of the lunchtime menu prices, or after work or a game to take in the beautiful scenery off the patio and stream with a tranquil waterfall in the back of the restaurant. Be sure to save room for dessert!!! There's plenty to choose from!! I guarantee you will leave satisfied & happy...and have leftovers for lunch!!! Be sure to write your name on your box before placing in the fridge!! ;0)
