This used to be a great place to eat. But it is going downhill and fast. I understand it has been bought out, and I read recently where they were closing some restaurants. If they are not going to manage this one, it is time to go.
Arrived on a slow Monday night. There were three employees sitting at the hostess area,They quickly scattered leaving one who asked us to wait for a table. There were nearly no customers but we waited an excessive time. We observed that the delay was over getting just one table cleaned.
The wife used the restroom while we waited and reported it filthy.
Finally we were led to a table. The table had been cleared and recently wiped down (damp). We observed that all the other tables in our area were sitting with dirty dishes on them. The floor (carpet) had chunks of food that had been in place for a long time.Between the chunks - just plain old dirty carpet.
The waitress did her very best, but could not overcome to lax management at this place.
My wife ordered fetticuni alfredo and I ordered Mannacotti. The wifes pasta was overcooked? or had been left setting until it was stuck in a ball, The white sauce was not liquid but near gelled from being cold. My meal was no better.
The restaurant is dirty. There were employees sitting all over the place (including the bar) while tables went unbussed. The food was inedible. There were people wearing dirty clothes going to and from the kitchen carrying plates eating. I hope they were employees!
I left with the impression that some upper manager needs to show up here unannounced and dine... Or perhaps that would bring no change.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE even though we used to frequent it.

Remembering the Spaghetti Warehouse in Houston and Sacramento, we hoped this would be a similar experience.

The first impression was less than impressive. Exterior needs help. The grass, weeds, plants and building itself requires lots of maintenance and improvement. Initally, thought it was an abandoned building.

Interior is full of nice eclectic lights, etc. The old, dirty smell was almost too much...we decided to stay anyway.

Service was pleasant; however, it seemed forced. She was mostly absent after first greeting.

Lasagna was all pasta and little else. Lacked flavor, meat, cheese and sauce. Spouse's "feast" was much better deal for 50 cents more. Lots leftovers for tomorrow's dinner at home.

Regrettably, we wont return.

Very disappointed, used to come here on a somewhat regular basis. We arrived around 6:45pm on a Friday evening and at first we thought this location was closed or out of business. The parking lot lot was nearly empty. They have a covered patio dining area next to the front door which was in disarray, no lights or fans on and furniture strewn around in different places. The front entry had several white sheets of paper posted with various information. It looked very unprofessional and appeared to be typed up on a desktop printer. We were waiting to see that they were out of business but that wasnt the case. Needless to say, there was zero wait time as the place was only about 33% full on what should be a busy weekend at the mall.Food was ok, menu has changed, and the covers on the dining tables were worn and looked like they had been there for years. Our table also had wet ink on it as if a pen had exploded which we didnt notice until it was all over our arms and elbows! My wife ordered angel hair shrimp alfredo but when it came out it was regular spaghetti noodles with 3 skewers or grilled shrimp. I ordered the braised brisket italiano and it wasnt anything more than beef tips and noodles in a brown gravy. Bottom line we wont be back since there are numerous locations nearby to select from.

We stopped at this Spaghetti Warehouse around 4:30 on a Saturday. It was not crowded and we were promptly seated.

The bread used to be the highlight of a meal here but this batch was bland. It barely had a flavor. It definitely was not the usually awesome sour dough. The butter looked like it was old and also didn’t have much flavor.

The lettuce in the salad was not particularly crisp...felt like it had been setting out for a while.

We ordered raspberry tea and frozen lemonade, both to which our very friendly waiter said yes to. Then he returned and informed us they were out of both.

Our pasta came out with the wrong sauce.

The worst was how dirty everything was. The wall by our booth had food stuck to it and the little half wall with the brass bar in it was covered in thick, greasy dust. We stopped in the outside tables briefly to discuss where we were going next and noticed how filthy the tables were with smeared food left on them.

Our waiter was very friendly though quite slow. Several of our drinks sat empty for quite a while.

All in all, this was a very disappointing and quite expensive meal for over $50. Would not return to this or maybe any other Spaghetti Warehouse again.
