Good for: Bar scene
Dining options: Late Night, Reservations
Dining style: Casual Dining
Cross street: Matlock
Description: Forget 'casual dining.' That's an industry term so out of touch with how consumers eat and drink today. For premium quality and style; fare that's at times familiar and other times adventurous and a laid-back modern setting, Houlihan's is a true original.

I used to work at this locatiion and the things i saw, 1st they dont use gloves so they are touching chicken and fish at the same time, no handwashing enforse neither, theis is a ecoli waithing to happen, next is if you like the food pick up from the nasty floor? Well thats what you get, i saw it few time and management dont say anything, if you what to get sick go ahead and visit houluhans in arlington. The stuff chicken the cook it on the stove for couple of minutes and then is suppost to go in the oven to finish cooking right? Well is not how you get it, you get it from the microwave, yes they cook it in the microwave, oh but you will get the right amount of food in your plate, they're more worried about portioning, that food safety. If you thing thats bad well, your server the one that is getting your food, think about 3minutes ago, where he was? Well he was outside smoking and they not even wash their hands, i would not recommend this place to anybody to take their families to eat, go next door and enjoy.

Looking for a place among a myriad of Metroplex sports bars to have a pleasant girl's night out can be a challenge, but Houlihan's proved to be a winner.

The open space concept from bar to eating area, while a bit noisy on a crowded night, is still friendly and inviting.
They offer popular small plates on a varied menu with something for every appetite. My favs were the sliders and bruschetta.

If drinks are a must, there are plenty of options, including several "skinny" selections and a nice wine list. The blueberry martini was a little sweet for my taste, so I opted for a refreshing Georgia Peach Long Island ice tea for my second round.

Great all around place to spend time with friends! But--if it's a busy weekend night be prepared for a long walk if valet parking isn't available.

I love going to Houlihan's because the food is really good and they have great specials every wednesday! In order to access the specials, you have to be on the email list, but it's definitely worth it. Their appetizers are realllly good.. And so are their desserts. The atmosphere is nice for happy hour or even a night out with the hubby. I lkke their patio, bar, and regular seating... I've eaten their several times and never had a complaint!

Great Happy Hour. 3.75 for their house drinks and beer. 7 dollar appetizers, the serving is big enough to be considered a meal

Its food is Good but a little pricey hence the average rating. Honestly, they don't ever really seem that busy either.
