My husband and I stopped here on the way home from our Labor day weekend adventure. I was a little hesitant. Not my usual kind of place. OMG! Definitely the local crowd. The restaurant was abuzz with conversation and friendliness. No small table, but a large one that we didn't want to take up with just the two of us. A local woman said," Y'all wanna share?" Why not. We all sat down (now 5 of us) and commenced to have the most enjoyable conversation and breakfast - all for $11.00. I felt right at home. The food was typical cafe food, but good and inexpensive. The server was not some cute, perky chick in short shorts and a body hugging T, but rather a middle aged woman who knew her job and did it well. Kudos. A fun way to wrap up our weekend and go home with good memories and full stomachs! : )
