“Very nice environment! Yummy food!”
Reviewed April 2, 2014 via mobile

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the water fountain that falls from the ceiling. I was a single diner so I sat at the bar. Had great service and the food was excellent. The only thing that could have been better was the time it took to get my food. It was a good 35-40 minutes. I had a book so I didn't mind to much but I was surprised it took as long as it did. I will for sure be back on my next visit. Bartender was excellent!

“TOO MUCH SALT, light show NOT!”
Reviewed February 22, 2014

Every time we have eaten here we had a " no show Joe". They literally only made an onion volcano. About as exciting as watching the wind blow. Or wait maybe as exciting as the " light show". Which is a a few flashing LED lights for a few seconds and some water falling from a few spots out of the ceiling. But the real problem has been Too Much SALT! Every time too much soy sauce=too salty. Given the price and the salt and let's not forget the no show. It is not worth our going back.

“Best in town”
Reviewed February 15, 2014 via mobile

Pricey but worth it, best Japanese Steakhouse Amarillo offers. Very good family atmosphere, chefs don't get too crazy.

“Not as good as usual”
Reviewed January 24, 2014

Chef seemed ticked that he was having to fix yet another hibachi meal! Not very social. Server even coaxed him into being more friendly with the "onion choo-choo"! Food was okay but nothing very special. Never did get my green tea with meal.
