Even though the lobby decor was a bit outdated the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small but adequate. The room was spacious and there were four soft pillows for each bed. There were plenty of cable channels to entertain. A variety of restaurants were nearby.

We are always pleased with this Amarillo Best Western. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great beds. It is close to the highway and there are many good restaurants nearby. We have stayed here previously when our travels take us through Amarillo and will be back again.

Stayed in a pet friendly room it was horrible! The visible stains were nasty and the room smelled horribly. The blow dry was making loud cracking noises. The room was decent sized for a family of 4. Not the best parking available. The manager was very nice and agreed that some of the carpets are bad in the rooms. She apologized saying she has been wanting tile to replace the carpet. She waved our pet fee for the night. The breakfast was average. They said they offered gluten and dairy free but they had none available when I asked.
