I've only eaten there one time and was very impressed with the size of burger. My husband and I ordered the smallest and still had to take it home. We got 6 meals out of the smallest hamburger. I didn't find it greasy at all. I would recommend it to anyone that visits our fair city!

an experience to say the least... it's the biggest burger that I have personally seen... they also treat the burger like artwork... where else will you find a burger shaped like the State of Texas???

Greasy! Don't ever eat inside because you will smell like fried potatoes and grease.

Perhaps we should have seen the signs. We had read that it was a must stop. But it wasn't until we went inside and breathed the thick, greasy air that we knew that we couldn't eat there.

Arnold's Burgers is known as a "must see". And I'm glad we did. But I'm even more glad that I didn't order a burger there. The grease pit they cook in is open for all to see. I guess they have to do that because it was cleaner than the rest of the joint.

Sure the people were friendly. And the selection was unbelieveable. But we had decided the night before that we wouldn't eat anywhere that posted a sign stating, "no public restrooms." I mean c'mon, if you can't keep a restroom, then you can't keep a kitchen.

Please enjoy this photo and remember to keep looking out for signs!

Oh, and don't worry, there were a lot of people eating there when we arrived. A friend of mine said that usually there is a line out the door. So perhaps it's not so bad afterall. And yes, I would stop again just so I could witness it again.
