You really can't fault the quality of the beef here, the steaks are delicious and cooked in a showmanlike way in view of the main restaurant. Not cheap, but really good. The place is very busy, but the bar is nice to sit at while you wait for your table and the wait was not too bad even though we were there Friday and Saturday nights. Quaint old entertainers played requests at the tables, and there's always the fun of watching someone attempt the 72oz challenge. Only two small disappointments, the butter portions are mean, and not butter! ("Land O' Lakes Buttery Style Spread"), and the chicken fried steak is a real let down especially after the excellent sirloin. Don't go there, it's reformed and mushy. Interesting range of beers from their own brewery but most are very strong so watch out!
Breakfast buffet not cheap but good. Plenty of choice all nicely prepared and cooked.
