This little hidden gem is on the backside of the airport. The first time I went there was before they closed for the day. The menu had breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Even though it was closing down for the day, they were readily accommodating and service was stupendous. The food was hot fresh and plentiful. I have since had breakfast there, and was filling with many choices of omelet additions. Coffee is hot and tea is served in a Txas sized glass. While waiting you can view various aircraft landing on the runway and maybe you will get a treat of military aircraft landing also. You will NOT be disappointed in the food, service, or views. Just be aware it is a small place and it can get very crowded, but so worth the wait.
