“Best burger in town”
Reviewed July 20, 2013

Don't come here for the atmosphere. But if you want the best burger in Amarillo don't hesitate. Be prepared to wait though. There's almost always a long line to get in. The cheese fries are a must!

“Excellent Food and Service”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

This is a place that I wanted to try after seeing it on M vs. F. When you drive up to the place you want to run. When you go inside, you want to run. Don't or you will miss out. The green chili stew was incredible. Very flavorful. The burger was also excellent. We opted for the traditional cheeseburger and then I dipped it in their "Hell Sauce". Service was excellent as well. A couple of tips, they are closed on Sunday and Monday. The other days they are open for lunch until 2:30 and from 5-8 for dinner. Service is first come, first serve and they will stop seating at 2:30. Great "dive" restaurant. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

“Perhaps the best burger I ever ate”
Reviewed June 27, 2013 via mobile

Was recommended but I was nervous when I drove up. This looks run down on the outside but the parking lot was full-usually a good sign. My server Amy was attentive, friendly and fun. Had the mushroom Swiss burger. Probably the best I have eaten anywhere. Perfectly seasoned and cooled to order, thick delicious burger. Don't be put off by the exterior. Be brave and go in. You'll be glad you did. I plan to eat here again when I come to Amarillo on business. Q

“Hot food, cool spot.”

Popular little hole in the wall. Good food. They actually fry potatoes not packaged fries. Burger patty must be almost a half pound. Thick and juicy. Waitress is saucy!

“Incredible Burger!”
Reviewed May 28, 2013 via mobile

This is one incredible burger joint. Ignore its curb appeal. Don't worry about the line winding into the parking lot. If you love a great burger, this place is for you!
