Our daughter took us here this past weekend when we were in town for her college graduation. I was very hungry but am glad I took her advise and split a cheeseburger with my husband. It was huge. It tasted as good as I had expected. It was juicy and flavorful. Oddly, I don't remember much about the french fries since the meat was so good. When we pulled into the parking lot, we were overwhelmed by the fabulous smell of grilling beef. There is a nice variety of beers to choose from . Another reviewer mentioned a St. Bernard that hangs out....actually I think it might have been a Pyrenees . Regardless, he's a nice, harmless member of the staff.

A pure Texan attitude in a friendly, raucous atmosphere. Don't be put off by its rough, dive-like exterior. The food is excellent. The steaks and burgers are among the best in the area. Come hungry, or willing to share—the smallest steak offered is a 10 ounce filet, and the burgers are huge.
The wait staff is helpful and a bit cheeky, and it's not unusual to find yourself chatting with people from nearby tables. A great place to have a fun, filling meal.

Say hi to the giant St. Bernard on the way out. He wants to know how you enjoyed your meal.
