traveler from W to E coast with a good sense of food and flavor and wanted to get good BBQ in Texas while driving through. tried for Tyler's next door but it was closed so came here. Service was excellent, atmosphere was quite for a sports bar and restaurant, especially since it was a saturday. The food was average, smoked brisket was dry and the BBQ sauce that came with it was dull, maybe Heinz. the pulled pork was very tender and juicy but lacked flavor and spice. the toast that came with it was just butter and toast, could have used some seasoning to spice it up.
I don't recommend this restaurant, i think you can find better.
