Ichiban is a tiny neighborhood restaurant on the edge of Wolflin that deserves a bigger venue. The food is cooked in front of you and is served hot and delicious. The Lo Mein is divine and the spicy soups are yummy on a cold, windy Panhandle day. But the eggrolls are the star of the show. Light, crisp and full of fresh ingredients, you cannot skip them.
