Level concrete pads (couldn't believe how level!).
Quick and reliable internet.
Clean and organized.
Beautiful pool and new laundry facilities.
Well maintained.
Thoughtful extras: cold (hot) tub for families, hot tubs for adultd, ice for a 1$ and storm shelter.

Check-in was a breeze and the site was long and level.
Great for an overnight stay while traveling through the area.
The only thing keeping it from getting the top rating, was the dirty pool.
Bugs and hairs....not appealing, skipped the part I look forward to the most in the summer.

This is a great RV park for an overnight stop. The sites are concrete and gravel. No grass. A few young trees on some of the outer sites; so I think it would be too hot for a multi-day stay.

It's VERY clean with great bathrooms & showers. There are 3 bath houses. The one closest to us also had a laundry and a freezer stocked with bags of ice for $1 (honor system). They probably all do but I didn't check the others.

We also had great wi-fi at site 131. This is a big plus for me because the wi-fi is often problematic at an RV park

We spent 4 nights here in a 5th wheel, good clean secure place with excellent facilities. Pads are wide and level, the only problem is that there are no trees and the place is wide open to the wind. It is very convenient to stores and restaurants etc.

When we first arrived we could not get WiFi and I I complained about it several times during the day. To their credit they called out someone and had it fixed and it worked well after that. I do think however they limit the number of users on at any one time as we seemed to get bounced out now and again.

We stayed here 6 wks and enjoyed it very much. This place is clean, quiet, and friendly. Rates are very affordable and the laundry room is $1. for washing and $1. for drying. The bath house are clean and plentiful. On the down side, we stayed at sited 72 and had a little challenge on getting the internet. Sometimes we had to find hot spots, as in the corner of our room or on the edge of the couch. Over all I would love to stay here again. I think it is the best place for a rv stop in Amarillo. Also they offer pizza and wings daily for a very resonable price.

Room Tip: Because of their availability, you can pretty much request the spot you want.

We pulled in here on the last day of our CA to TX road trip and were pleased with what we saw. The people running it were very friendly and helpful. It's a very large park and they hardly had any occupants, so we got to pick the spot we wanted. We asked if they wifi worked and she said that it's "iffy" because of the gusty winds that always blow in the area. She told us to pick a spot close to office to have the best chance of getting a signal. She was right ... we got a signal but it was very iffy and weak. The pad sites do not have any trees nor any grass for dogs, but there is a grassy area around the roadway so we parked close to it for the dogs. There aren't many places to dump trash and they aren't conveniently located. But we would stay here again because it's new, fresh, the restroom / shower / laundry area is clean, the park is conveniently located, and reasonably priced. Hopefully they will plant some trees and bump up their wifi capability :)

We stay here every time we are headed to Colorado and coming back from Colorado. Wonderful RV Resort for the value. We are military and they really go the extra mile for military members with great discounts. We have received excellent service and very friendly workers each time we have stayed here. They offer a fully cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner. We even ordered a pizza on our way in one night and they had it ready for us upon check-in! Sites are all concrete and always level. Perfect hook-ups and everything is always clean and well kept. Bathrooms are private and nice. Pool areas are very nice as well. We simply don't have a complaint about Oasis...though trees would be a nice addition. The hot Texas sun in the summer makes it difficult to cool down an RV that has been traveling all day.

We think that knowing that there is a safe and nice place perfectly situated for an overnight stay is a very important part of our RV vacations, and we are thankful that Oasis is right where we need it!

Room Tip: Never had a problem getting a spot and they will let you choose upon arrival usually. Not a bad or...
