On a long weekend n Alpine Texas, we found this great little spot with outdoor seating and a great authentic Mexican menu. It's more than a food truck and they are working to get a restaurant space soon. But back the the food. The rice was tasty and not salty. The beans were home make with real flavor, not the usual bland beans. I have beef enchiladas with red sauce. The enchiladas were stacked like lasagna and red sauce was unbelievable. I thought it was a mole but was their standard sauce. It was sooooo good. Then I asked the waiter and learned the his mother's mole was better and would be served at the restaurant when they saved enough money. Hubby's quesadille was big and thick and delicious. If we were in the area, we would definitely eat there again.
