The restaurant is an authentic Brazilian-American “Churrascaria” or steakhouse that combines the cuisines of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas.Treat yourself to our 50-60 item seasonal salad area including appetizers, gourmet vegetables, soups, and salads. Turn your place card to green and prepare to be swarmed by a troop of carvers generously serving various cuts of seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, all accompanied by traditional side items and house-baked Brazilian cheese bread. As you dine endlessly on Brazilian fare, let one of our in-house wine connoisseurs select the perfect pairing from our extensive, award-winning wine lists, or sip on a freshly-made signature cocktail-the Caipirinha. “Oh wait, they have meat too?”
Reviewed March 9, 2013

I'm not a big meat-eater but this place is fantastic! The meats I did have were seasoned and cooked great. My trips to the salad bar were more eventful. I think I made three, and each time I found something different to try that I had missed. Gourmet cheeses, proscuitto, olives, persimmons, eggplant, soups, etc... I will definately return, but make sure I don't eat that day. A definate YUM

“Overwhelmingly good”
Reviewed February 22, 2013 via mobile

Beautiful and non-typical salad bar with marinated portabello mushrooms, roasted bell pepers, freshly made Israeli couscous, tabouleh, olives, green beans, sushi, heart of palm, and Caesar salad makings, as well as cheeses and meats and a few traditional salad bar items. My favorite was the bowl o'bacon--large wooden bowl with whole strips of crispy bacon to add to your salad. The variety of meats includes chicken, pork, sausage, flank steak, beef tenderloin and beef sirloin. Beef was the best. Hot side dishes include garlic mashed potatoes, black beans and rice, sautéed mushrooms, potatoes au gratin and the soup of the day. Our soup was lobster bisque-some of the best I've ever had. At $45 per person, the pricing is NOT for those on a budget. But I can say with multiple servers whirling meat on a sword by your table, a luxurious salad bar, and exceptional service, this dinner-and-a-show upscale all-you-can-eat experience was worth it.

A very satisfying meal at decent price for a steak buffet. Pleasant environment, with prompt service from the friendly staff.

“Be prepared to eat...a LOT”
Reviewed January 29, 2013

This is a confusing place...it is a meatatarians haven with all of the meat choices, but their salad bar is ridiculously good too! Make sure you come prepared to eat. This place outdoes Fogo de Chao by a mile...give it a try, but be careful not to overeat on salad...

Awesome place

“tons of food”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

Unbeliable amount of food. You just finally have to cry "uncle". Huge salad bar. They just keep bringing different meats on swords and pour it on. Good food but pricey
