I wish I would have read the recent reviews of this place. My wife and I live about 150 miles away, but had been to the old place several times and the new place once before so when we were going to be passing through again I really wanted to hit this place again. OMG what a huge disappointment and an even bigger waste of $55+. We will NEVER go to this place again. Steaks were tough (ordered medium and medium rare) and dry. Potatoes seemed like they had been in smoker for at least 2 days and salad was a joke. Please take your money and your time somewhere else. This place will be closed down within a few months at this rate.

I used to always bring the kids here when we were at the 4H State Horse Show, NBHA barrel races and such. They're in college now and have tried it twice. Second time worse than the first and the first was less than impressionable. Empty parking lot, hot inside, loads of flies buzzing by us, waitress got order correct (although she never came back once food was delivered) but the cook didn't. Steaks were undercooked, smaller that advertised in menu and shrimp were like rubber. Used to be a big fan but not going back. Sad it's gone so far downhill.

We enjoyed the mixed bbq plate and the banana pudding was out of this world. We were not alone when we went in even though the parking lot looked almost empty. By the time we left it was us and the dishwasher, not a good thing in the neighborhood where the restaurant is located. We walked in the door at 7:30 and left around 8:00 and they stay open till 10:00 but evidently no one goes there after 7:30....we won't again either. BBQ was the best and huge portions.
