I was pleasantly surprised when the owner of the Antilley Inn contacted me regarding my recent stay (see the review titled "One Big YUCK"). This relatively new owner has been making improvements to the property and wanted me to know that steps are being taken to address the specific issues I raised.
In the world of big impersonal hotels, it's nice to know there are innkeepers who care about their guests on a personal level, and who work hard to improve each customer's experience.
