The White Buffalo has worked its way into my weekly routine. Rotating beer, wine and art selections make each trip unique. I go for bellinis every Thursday and an amazing brunch and mimosas every Saturday morning (get their eggs benedict!). Bring a friend, date or come by yourself. Brock, the owner, will make you feel like a valued guest every time!

The comfortable coffee-shop feel, delicious (and well priced) drink options, and an artsy atmosphere. I wouldn't ask for anything more in a night out with friends in Abilene.

Of course there is a main entrance but people dining at the Natural Food Center are not aware of a compelling eclectic space so near. The White Buffalo and the Natural Food Center are connected by a short hallway. Owner Brock Cravy has a career background in the film industry of Hollywood. He has combined the progressive feel of California and the warm friendly charm of Texas. I sat watching as so many friends entered to discover other friends had arrived earlier. The White Buffalo is a place of art, food, drink and fellowship. A place for the very young as well as those advancing in years. An expansive menu is catered from the Natural Food Center. While serving everyone with such diligence, Brock creates a cozy gathering place complete with very pleasant music. If you prefer to sit outdoors, that's fine. Everyone within driving distance of Abilene should stop by. The art, food and drink are for sale while the fellowship is lavishly free of charge.
