This motel is absolutely amazing! When we visit Chattanooga again, we will either stay here or in Cleveland, TN (we will never stay in a Chattanooga motel again, although we are considering a Lookout City B&B). This motel is pretty new. It is lovely and the staff is incredible. Our twin four-year-olds loved the pool, which has a "waterfall" slide and a mushroom (although the mushroom wasn't going when we were there). For breakfast, it is the "standard", terrific Comfort Inn breakfast, which includes bacon and eggs. They have a waffle machine, but they went one better. They had strawberries in sauce to put over the waffles, making them delicious! They also had cereals, juices, bagels, etc., and a very nice, large eating area. The woman who was stocking the breakfast was so friendly and nice---she was everything the staff at the Chattanooga motels are not. The guy at the front desk was also friendly and nice. The beds were very comfy. The hotel mini-fridge was pretty large. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This would be a nice place for families to stay or also for anyone travelling on business. There is a dedicated desk with internet hook-up and a "nook" with a comfy chair, foot stool and lamp where you could kick back comfortably and study reports. We cannot recommend this motel highly enough!

I was traveling on business to Athens. It was right before the 4th of July weekend. I took the family with me since school is out. The pool is great. It has a slide and a water mushroom. Kids enjoyed playing here for the day while I was at work. My wife enjoyed the fitness center and hot. We had a room with 2 Queen beds, microwave, and mini fridge. I have a 9 and 11 year-old. The room was the perfect size for all of us for 5 nights. Athens is right in the middle of Knoxville and Chattanooga. We enjoyed both cities and some of the sites in the smaller towns near Athens.

The room and hotel were very clean. They serve a hot breakfast which was good and very convenient. All of the staff was very friendly. It seemed to be a nice safe area with many places to eat. Also, Walmart and CVS are just up the road, if you need anything.

My only complaint would be towels racks. There was one towel rack and 2 hooks in the bathroom. Not enough for 4 people bathing and also 4 people swimming.

I'm a single Dad travelling with three young kids from Canada to Florida. This was a perfect spot for them and me to unwind. Pool has waterslide and water umbrella. They swam for three hours while I relaxed and enjoyed the pool and Hottub. Rooms were superclean and comfortable. Free breakfast in morning was great too.

This hotel is off of the interstate in a newer developing area. (The other hotel clusters are on the other side.) The staff was friendly and the room was super clean. One minor complaint; there wasn't a suitcase rack. There were a couple of places it could have gone so it wasn't because of the size of the room. Nice, contemporary design. Fluffy pillows, a blanket over the sheets so you don't have to use the coverlet. (Do any hotels really wash those??)

When we went to the breakfast room, almost all of the food was gone and the lady was frantically trying to put together some toast, mumbling that there was a rush. We did smell bacon in the lobby but when I looked at the choices, there was one mini-donut left and a muffin. I think the other side had the cereals and cold stuff but I didn't get close enough to see the supply. There were a handful of people in there, so I'm not sure if it was poor planning or what. We opted out of the 'hot breakfast' but did have some coffee, which was pretty decent.

There are a handful of restaurant choices in close proximity. The area felt safe. All in all, a good experience.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel while visiting Athens and we would recommend this property to anyone traveling. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly and offered us suggestions on places to eat while in town. The hotel room, along with the microwave and refrigerator in our room, all were extremely clean. One could tell that the staff cared about the cleanlines of the facility.

This hotel was new as of July '09. Very nice! Kids loved the indoor pool with WATERSLIDE! Great place to stop on a very long journey. (this hotel is between Chatanooga and Knoxville) The staff seemed to take a lot of pride in their brand new facility. Lots of restaurants nearby. Glad we found this hotel along the way.
