This place is clean enough but everything is as cheap as they could get. Thin towels, cheap TP. The bathroom was very strange. The toilet and shower were in a triangular closet-like room in the corner and the sink was out in the room. That means everyone who uses the toilet touches the door knob before their hands are washed. Hallways smelled like smoke.

We stayed here for a funeral, and were looking for a place that still offered smoking rooms. Location was excellent, and easy to find. Lobby nice, staff helpful. Room was clean, and big enough for us. It was weird not having a closet, but we had a hang bar that worked. Mini fridge, microwave and tiny coffee maker. Was nice to have a recliner, and a beautiful view of the river. "Free Breakfast" was fine - you get what you pay for - we had to find a local place to eat since they were done before 8:30am. Bed comfortable, pillows terrible (but I am too spoiled with 100% down). Only 1 ice maker we could find and it was on the 1st floor - we were on the 3rd. My only real downside was the shower - nozzle very bad, not enough hot water, and the handle actually came off because the set screw wasn't tightened. Other than for that, I would stay here again.
Also, even though we did not enjoy this, there are 3 restaurants within walking distance - one being Texas Roadhouse - one of my favorites.

Room Tip: Ask for one to the back of the hotel - view is beautiful over the river and biking/running trail.

In Knoxville for an overnight stay for a business trip. Close to the airport and to Knoxville. Air Conditioning unit was loud and did not work very well. But the bed was comfortable and the front desk clerk was nice. Not the best area to walk around in, although there are nice restaurants within a short walk.

Stayed here one night while passing through Knoxville (on our way to Nashville). Doug at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Our first floor room was on the small side, with the sink/vanity in the main room and the toilet/shower in a separate room. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was also nice.

We stayed here one night before catching an early morning flight out. The price for the room was excellent. The room itself was very clean and comfortable but very small and had a cramped feeling to it. When I checked in, the front desk clerk was on the phone and I waited quite a while to be acknowledged. In the meantime, several other guests had come in and were waiting to register. We had to leave the hotel in the wee hours of the morning to catch our flight and the free breakfast had not yet opened but the morning desk clerk was very nice and allowed us to grab a few coffees and some fruit. We had stayed at this hotel before and were familiar with it so we chose it again for this trip. There are several resturants nearby as well as several places to shop.

our bed was so hard and lumpy we would have been better off to have slept in the car, when you sat on the toilet it was not fastened to the floor and you almost fell off it. the breakfast and coffee was so bad that free was way to much for it. our complaints the next morning fell on deaf ears. they know your traveling and wont be back.

Room Tip: dont stay here is the best tip !!!

So far so good. The administrator that booked my hotel forgot to mention a nonsmoking room and I am 4 months pregnant. The room reeeeeeks and everything a have smells like cigarettes. I pulled the night stand out to plug my phone charger in, and I found a beer bottle cap, loose change, and a fingernail. Yikes!
The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll make sure to request a nonsmoking room in the future. Since I'm not paying from my pocket, I can't complain too much.
The wireless Internet is good!
