We lived in Aberdeen a number of years ago, and the arrival of Minerva's was a welcome addition to the dining scene. We ate there frequently and were impressed by the consistent high quality of the food and service.
After nearly five years away from Aberdeen we returned and were thrilled to see that the same high standards are still being maintained. The stylish, dark wood decor looked as fresh as the day it opened. We had only salads, but they were perfect.
Minerva's is an outpost of the orginal Minerva's in Sioux Falls. It is similar, but not a copy. One of the common characteristics is a high level of staff training, which makes for a pleasant dining experience.
Here's a tip. Try the house merlot. It is excellent.
