“Miserable Rehearsal Dinner.”
Reviewed May 20, 2013

Absolutely disgusted at our experience with this restaurant. We had reservations months in advance for a rehearsal dinner for 23 people. The week before, we called to solidify the limited menu we would be using the wine we would like to serve. We were assured that menus would be set up and wine and glasses would be on the table upon our arrival. Our reservations were at 7. When we arrived...

1. The room that we had reserved was being used for another party (we put a deposit down on the room) and we were told that we should wait and they would move the other party to a separate location. When they finally told us we could come down, there was a table for 11 people (with no place settings) and couches for the rest! So we then waited another 20 minutes for them to add tables.

2. Once we were all seated, we waited 30 minutes with no service then began to serve our own wine. At 8:00, the children still had nothing to drink so the groom to be went to the bar to ask for glasses and a pitcher of water.

4. Finally around 8:15, our orders were taken and appetizers attempting to appease us were brought to us. Then a server came down and asked if she could take any empty wine glasses that we had because they were out upstairs. This is when the dog appeared under our table. Yep, a dog.

5.When at 8:45 there was no sign of our food, any non alcoholic beverages, or a server, my MIL found the manager (who was drunk and stumbling). She explained to him what was going on and his response was "Ma'am we have a lot going on today, if you don't like it you can leave". SO leave we did.

NEVER EVER go to this place if you want service, water, or food!

“Service has gone downhill”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

I really enjoy the food here, so I keep trying to give it chance, but the past few times I have been here the service has been pretty terrible. Most notably, the last time I went here with my husband we sat down at the bar for a drink, asked for two beers and it took the bartender over 10 minutes to take two beers out of the cooler and put them in front of us. The place was not very busy at all and it is not like we had a difficult order. She admitted that she just "forgot" about us. Her attitude was the worst part, we were very patient and she still acted like we were an inconvenience. I really like a lot of things about this restaurant but service is very important, so if I don't feel welcome in a place it is very difficult for me to want to go back!

“Skip the experience”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

We went for lunch on the recommendation of friends and were very disappointed. The place smells like a smokey old bar, the food was not very tasty, actually barely edible, and we will not be returning.

The atmosphere is good and the location is fine. Food is hit or miss mostly. Been here a few times. Fish and chips are great and I like the lamb curry but have only seen it once on the menu. We miss winston

“worst service ever”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

This was the worst service I have ever recieved, was a member of a private party while business was having a Rave . Who would schedule a large private party on a night like that. the management sent small dixie cups for the private party to drink out of. Never undersood that rational was told by the server that alot of glass was broken during previous rave party.well Im here for private birthday party. (Should have been the first red flag), Service and food both were poor, But to top it off management was drunk, abbrassive and together horrible. At the end of the night I left there feeling discrimanated, segregated and just unwelcomed in this establishment and I would never patronize them again.
