Normal diner style menu with great tasting omelets, eggs and meat,Rapa scrapple if wanted..
Very noisy in main area booths or stools at the bar counter but 2 dining areas are removed from that busy cooking area and are quiet and little cooking smoke if you wish to get away.
The newspaper writeup posted on their wall next to our booth calls the place "sassy" for the rancor or outward spoken waitress and line cook there. It's not something we heard toward us but just loud hollering back and forth to between the front bar cook and the staff on the other side of the wall or rear cooking area. It is a nuance they are proud and placards placed around notify of so forwarned. The hash potatoes were somewhat tastless as they would be w/o much herbs or spices or their taste disappeared in the frying process otherwise it was a nice diner and fairly decent food.
The service depended on the waitress. Ours would throw down the napkin and silverware as she went by, it sort of stayed together, she never spoke a word except when taking our order and never followed up as we received our order and ate. We asked for more coffee and that was that. Everyone , the locals, seems to love the place and the food is really ok. Hope for the other waitress.
