A friend recommended this restaurant to us since we will be traveling into the area several times a year for the next few years. Jethro's was a very nice place. While the parking lot looked pretty full we were immediately taken to our table when we entered. I could see the entrance way from where I sat and never saw a line. We ordered BBQ ribs, Chicken parmigiana, and Penne pasta. The ribs were excellent. The chicken parm was nice. I really liked the Penna pasta, but my husband (who doesn't like a lot of garlic) didn't really care for it. The sides were tasty and the rolls were very good. The drinks are served in mason jars - so you get plenty of drink. They do have a bar, but we didn't order anything from there this visit.
One thing the building is back off the road behind another building up on a hill. Look for the Target parking lot and turn in - you then cut up to the right up a hill. Watch for the signs they are there, but you could miss them.
