We decided we wanted to go out for a burger and we have had some great service and food from Champs in the past. The beer was and always is good! I love the supreme variety of beer they have and how much they rotate always guarantee you are able to taste a new beer. The burgers lacked flavor. They were large but the size mainly can from the bun and not the burger. I would not recommend the burgers based on this past experience.

I make a point to go here for the Boom Boom Mancini (tomatoes and mozzerella appetizer) and the Bucatini Pomodoro (listed under "Favorites"). Both dishes are truely delicious! I have also heard the chicken parm is very good so that is next on my list to try. Service is always good even when it is busy.

Awesome atmosphere, great beer selection. I think food is great. If people want to call it bar food, that's fine, but its the BEST bar food around. At least it's made fresh and not microwaved or frozen like 90% of other places around Altoona! The menu also changes from time to time as well. very unusual for "bar food". Enjoy this place.

Large variety on the menu of both food and beer. Service was good. The homemade ravioli were excellent.

Wow what great food. Bring your appetite, they really make everything fresh and baked on sight...what a refreshing change. The turkey club looked like a hugh hoagie with the beat tasting bread! Not a traditonal run of the meal food! So dont be upset when you see a club on a bun.....the taste rocks!
