Had lunch here as we have done on many occasions before. This particular day was very busy. We were seated within 5 minutes, waited on in 10 but didn't receive meal for 40. Thank goodness it was our day off of work (as anyone that eats out knows 40 minute lunch times are un aceptable in the restaurant industry) lunch was average as expected ( it seems the busier a place is the food quality suffers a bit, this has been my experience for most restaurants) the shining moment for this particular day would be our server. She kept our drinks full, kept us informed, was honest about the long times and last but not least knowing that 40 minute lunch times are not a good thing in the restaurant business, got the management to comp. Us our meal. Just want to thank the staff for taking a sub par lunch outing and turning into a opportunity to keep a foodie happy and coming back. Wish all my bad restaurant experiences were handled this well.
