It is a shame that they have good pizza but hire family that do not care about customer complaints. We had pizza delivered almost once a week until they screwed up our order and still screwed it up when they made the attempt to correct the problem! I called to complain to the "manager" but she had a huge chip on her shoulder and when I told her that I wanted to speak with somebody above her, she said, "sorry but that is my dad and he is home on the couch watching tv so dont bother complaining". Well it's been 8 months and we have yet to bother with them again! It's easier to bring Gino's pizza back from Chicago and no delivery charges. They need to do themselves a favor and hire a more professional staff that understand customer service. Try the pizza but good luck if there is a problem!!!!
